Small batch Edible Brownie Batter

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp Full fat coconut milk, (or any dairy free milk)
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips, plus additional for sprinkling
  • 1 rrfijed coconut oil
  • Flaked salt, to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cocoa powder, almond flour and coconut milk Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and has a smooth consistency.

Add Sweetness:

  • Pour in the maple syrup. Mix until everything is well incorporated. The coconut milk adds a creamy texture, while the maple syrup brings natural sweetness.

Melt the Chocolate:

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut ooo in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Be careful not to overheat them.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Pour the melted chocolate into the almond flour mixture. Stir until the chocolate is fully incorporated, and the batter is smooth and glossy.

Finishing Touches:

  • Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top for extra chocolatey goodness. Add a pinch of flaked salt to balance the sweetness and enhance the chocolate flavor.

Enjoy:

  • Scoop the edible brownie batter into serving dishes or enjoy it straight from the bowl. This treat is perfect for a quick dessert fix or a fun snack. Try letting it chill in the fridge in a hot summer day!
