  • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp dairy-free milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A handful of chocolate chips
  • A splash of vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare: Grab your favorite microwave-safe mug or a small baking dish if you prefer to use an oven.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In the mug, combine peanut butter, dairy-free milk, egg yolk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in almond flour and baking powder until just combined. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Add Chocolate: Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Cook: Microwave on high for about 30-60 seconds , or until the cake rises and sets in the center. If using an oven, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Enjoy: Let the cake cool for a couple of minutes. You can top it with a little more peanut butter, a sprinkle of chocolate chips, or a dash of powdered sugar for an extra treat.
