Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tsp date syrup or maple syrup, optional, to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Splash Full fat coconut or milk of choice , (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Start by brewing your cold brew coffee if you haven’t already. You can either buy pre-made cold brew or make your own by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours.

Blend the Ingredients:

  • In a high-speed blender, combine the cold brew coffee, vanilla protein powder, date syrup or maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy. The protein powder will help create a creamy texture, while the ice cubes give the drink a refreshing chill.

Adjust Sweetness:

  • Taste the frosted coffee and adjust the sweetness if necessary. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a bit more date syrup or maple syrup and blend again.

Serve:

  • Pour the frosted coffee into a tall glass. For an extra touch, you can garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a dash of cocoa powder, or even a few coffee beans on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
