White chocolate Butterfinger Bites

Ingredients
  

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 organic GF cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/3-1/2 C maple syrup
  • 1 C creamy almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 C white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp refined softened coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add the crushed cornflakes, then stir in maple syrup.
  • -In a microwave safe bowl, melt peanut butter for 10-15 seconds until softened. 
-
  • -Add the turmeric and stir to combine.
-scoop tbsp sized balls into a mini muffin pan. Freeze to set for 10 minutes 
Remove from muffin pan.
  • -Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave. Stir to combine.
  • -Dip and coat bites into chocolate using a serving spoon or fork Let set in freezer.
