Recipe: • 1 pack Gluten-Free Oreos (cookies and filling separated) • 1 cup white chocolate chips (melted) • 1 1/2 cups milk or dark chocolate chips (for coating) • 1 tbsp refined coconut oil
Steps: 1. Separate: Twist open the Oreos, scrape the cream filling into a bowl, and set the chocolate cookie halves aside. 2. Make the filling: Melt the white chocolate chips, then mix them directly into the Oreo cream filling until smooth and creamy. 3. Base layer: Line a dish and press down a tight layer of the chocolate cookie bases. 4. Cream layer: Spread the white chocolate-Oreo cream mixture evenly right over the cookie base. 5. Slice & Freeze: Freeze for 30 minutes to set, then slice into individual Twix-style bars. 6. Coat & Snap: Melt your chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each bar until fully coated, place back on parchment paper, and freeze for 10 minutes until the shell snaps!
Complete with the iconic bright orange sugar sprinkles, these gluten-free & dye-free jack-o’-lantern cookies taste just like the 90s grocery store favorite!
