Ingredient Highlights
Cashew Butter: This forms the creamy base of the blondie bites, providing a rich, buttery flavor without any dairy. It’s also a good source of healthy fats and protein, making these treats more satisfying.
• Almond Flour: A gluten-free favorite, almond flour gives the blondies a moist texture and adds a subtle nutty flavor. It’s also packed with protein, making these bites both delicious and nutritious.
• Coconut Sugar: A natural alternative to refined sugars, coconut sugar adds a caramel-like sweetness to the blondies. It has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar, which can help prevent blood sugar spikes.
• Refined Coconut Oil: Chosen for its neutral flavor, refined coconut oil provides moisture and helps bind the ingredients together without adding any coconut taste, keeping the focus on the cashew and chocolate flavors.
• Vanilla Extract: Adds a warm, complex flavor that enhances the sweetness of the other ingredients, rounding out the overall taste of the blondies.
• Baking Powder: Helps the blondie bites rise slightly, giving them a light and tender texture.
• Salt: Just a pinch to balance the sweetness and enhance the flavors of the other ingredients.
• Coconut Cream: The base for the chocolate ganache filling, coconut cream adds a velvety texture and rich taste without dairy, making the ganache lusciously smooth.
• Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate Chips: These are key to creating a rich, indulgent ganache that’s completely vegan. The dark chocolate offers a deep, intense chocolate flavor that perfectly complements the lighter taste of the blondie base.
