I’m Ali, a lover and creator of nutrient-dense, gluten-free treats that actually taste good.

I live in the mountains of Colorado with my husband, Nick, and two beautiful daughters, Estelle and Collete, whose names are the inspiration behind Stelle & Co Bakes.

I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and positive for the celiac gene in 2013, and I have been on a mission to find satisfying gluten-free recipes to bake ever since.
