When smooth won’t do… it’s officially crunch o’clock!
This frozen peanut butter ice cream is blended with the NEW JUSTIN’S® Crunchy Classic Peanut Butter Spread for a thick, creamy texture — then swirled with even more crunchy PB and frozen in a loaf pan until perfectly scoopable.
Each bowl gets a drizzle of melted JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups that hardens into the perfect shell. Made with mindfully-sourced ingredients and 7g of plant-based protein per serving, this is the kind of crunch that makes every bite count.
Grab the recipe below:
Ingredients:
• 4 frozen bananas (sliced before freezing – about 2½ cups)
• ½ cup JUSTIN’S® Crunchy Classic Peanut Butter Spread (plus ¼ cup for the swirl)
• 2–3 tbsp non-dairy milk (as needed)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Chocolate Shell:
• 4 @Justins Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, melted
• 1 tsp refined coconut oil
Instructions:
In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend frozen bananas, ½ cup JUSTIN’S® Crunchy Classic Peanut Butter Spread, vanilla, and salt until thick and creamy. Add milk only if needed to blend.

Spread into a loaf pan and smooth the top.

Spoon dollops of the remaining ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter spread over the top, then swirl with a butter knife to create visible ribbons.

Freeze 1–2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.

Melt JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups with coconut oil in short microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.

Scoop “nice” cream into bowls and drizzle with the melted chocolate — it’ll harden into a magic shell on contact.

Serve and enjoy!
