Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 organic GF cornflakes, crushed
- 1/3-1/2 C maple syrup
- 1 C creamy almond or peanut butter
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 C white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp refined softened coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the crushed cornflakes, then stir in maple syrup.
- -In a microwave safe bowl, melt peanut butter for 10-15 seconds until softened. -
- -Add the turmeric and stir to combine. -scoop tbsp sized balls into a mini muffin pan. Freeze to set for 10 minutes Remove from muffin pan.
- -Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave. Stir to combine.
- -Dip and coat bites into chocolate using a serving spoon or fork Let set in freezer. — Enjoy! .store in an airtight container in fridge or at room temp
