I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and positive for the celiac gene in 2013, and I have been on a mission to find satisfying gluten-free recipes to bake ever since.

After my first daughter was born, I developed chronic postpartum autoimmune issues and went on a quest to feel better. I worked to balance my hormones, strengthen my immune system, and improve my gut health. I switched to a mostly grain-free diet without refined sugars and began baking paleo and gluten-free treats. I quickly realized there was a lot of experimentation to be done in order to get the right consistency and flavor.
Baking nutrient-dense treats has blossomed into a hobby and ultimately a passion. I believe we should all be able to enjoy desserts in a way that fuels the body and the brain!
As a recipe developer, I aim to create the BEST tasting gluten-frre baked treats without ever compromising in flavor or texture. I will test and re-test recipes until they are perfect, so you don’t have to. Enjoy!
